Thank you so very much for all that you did for me and my family during the passing of my father. You went above and beyond for us. I appreciate your kind word, your patience and your helpfulness. Allowing us to have a private viewing and time with our family to grieve and be together meant so much to me. You are very good at your job and we felt very well cared for by you and your husband and therapy dogs. Thank you again for all you do and did for my family. My father was able to have a well respected final viewing and I will forever cherish that time I had with him. Thank you.

Vonda and staff at Maxton-Rosado are a great asset to the community of DuQuoin, IL. I lost my Yellow Lab, Brodie, (my best Buddy), December 27, 2023. Vonda and her husband even stopped by my house and picked up Brodie's body. You do not get that kind of service just anywhere. Also, when I went to the Funeral Home, I got to meet Sweet Bailey, their Black Lab/mix boy. Thank you too Bailey for your presence and support. Thank you Vonda for ALL that you did with getting the Tribute video put together for Brodie. You at Maxton-Rosado are very truly special individuals with such compassion for what you do. Again, Thank You for your service.
Thank you so much for everything! I couldn't of asked for a better family to care for my mother.
Thank you for your compassion and understanding. It was my pleasure doing business with you. I wanted a classy, loving atmosphere and I got it within your funeral home. God Bless you and your husband.
Everything was done so wonderful everyone was so nice and helpful and understanding I would tell everyone to use you
Vonda and Bill are amazing!
Great asset to our community
You guys are the best. Mia was taken care with the most compassionate and very caring people. I miss my girl! I want to thank Vonda and Bill for all you have done for us in the last year, four family members including Mia.
I would like to thank you for the angel with Ralph's name, date of birth, and date of death that you gave at the Elks Memorial. I appreciated it very much.
Thank you.

It's obvious that what you did came from the heart...I hope you know this "Thank You" does too.
You made a difficult year so much brighter by your thoughtfulness. I love the angel and she is on the tree. Thank you for all your caring. Ben is missed so much.

I received one of your Thanksgiving Day Dinners. It was a very delicious meal. Once again, I would like to say thank you! May God bless you!
Sincerely,

It's sometimes easy to forget that there are nice people out there doing nice things for others. Thank for being such a special reminder.
Thank you for your loving care of my brother Dean,
Sincerely, his sister, Mary.
They were AMAZING especially owner, Vonda, what a gift to have such a kind, supportive, and professional experience! They worked with our family on the loss of my mother in law, even gifted us a beautiful Angel Ornament with Mom's name for Christmas. Mom died at Fairview in Du Quoin due to Covid and a terrible outbreak there. The funeral home showed us more empathy, emotional comfort, and respect than anyone else we dealt with upon loosing Mom including Fairview Nursing and IDPH officials. THEY ARE A BLESSING to the Du Quoin community 🙏 ❤
They took time to care no only for the deceased, but they also took time to care for the family as their own. When I walked in I was overjoyed when I seen the lay out of the funeral home. They were very much appreciated for the dedication they gave my loved one. I was very happy with everything they had done and respected everything and everyone.
I want to compliment you for the caring, professional, and sympathetic treatment you extended to our family during our beloved Ben's passing. The comfort you bestowed by coming to our home at such a difficult time for us to discuss arrangements for Ben was so appreciated. Thank you for taking care of us. Sincerely, The Ben Eubanks Family
It’s comforting to have your questions answered and concerns addressed by caring professionals. Maxton-Rosado goes the extra mile in caring for clients that need the process explained. Maxton-Rosado has a first class staff that makes everyone feel like family.
When my dad was in his last stages of cancer and final arrangements needed to be made vonda and her team were there. She was not scheduled to work the day of dads funeral but I looked up and there she was. The kindness and love she showed my family was amazing. If your family is in need of services I would not hesitate to say, Vonda will treat you with the same loving, caring, kindness! I’m not sure how I could have gotten through all that without her and her team! From the beginning they were there and every step of the way, going the extra mile!
Very caring easy to talk to people. Would strongly recommend them to help you remember/ honor your loved ones.
Highly recommend these people, fine, caring, considerate, compassionate!!
Vonda gives you a great service, very caring and professional.
We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
