Toni Elizarraraz

Toni Elizarraraz, 58, of Centralia, Illinois, IL passed away on February 13, 2026 at her home in Centralia.

Toni was born on May 12, 1967 to James Theodore and Jeanette Marie Schleuter in Centralia, Illinois. She was a kind woman who never quite fit into just one title. That's exactly what made her so special. Over the years she wore many hats and worked many odd jobs, each one just another chapter in a life defined by resilience, curiosity and heart.She was also known for her devotion to her beloved chihuahuas, who were more like family than pets. When she wasn't sewing or spending time with family, you could often find her settled in with an episode of The Walking Dead, her favorite show. At home, she found her greatest joy in simple meaningful things and time spent with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by his children-Elizabeth (Pablo) Velazquez, T.J. Schleuter, Billy (Hayley) Schleuter, Franky Ramirez, Christal (Jarrod) Morris, Jimmy Ramirez, Marco (Mildrea Hood) Ramirez, and Rachel Ramirez; grandchildren- Danny Aguilar, Brian Velasquez, Juliet Velazquez, Nathaniel Schleuter, Hailey Schleuter, Nicholas Schleuter, Summer Schleuter, Amerie Schleuter, Gabriel Schleuter, Holden Schleuter, Miles Schleuter, Samantha Morris, Mateo Hood- Ramirez, Markis Hood-Ramirez, Caleb and Caden Richardson, several great grandchildren; and several siblings.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Jeanette Schleuter (Brian), and husband, Francisco Ramirez.

A private family viewing was held at Maxton-Rosado Funeral Home in Centralia.
