Paula Joy Brewer

Paula Joy Brewer, age 63, of Pinckneyville, passed peacefully from this life into the loving arms of our Lord at 11:59pm on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. Surrounded by her loving family, our Lord and Savior took her Home to begin her Heavenly life.

Paula was born in Pinckneyville on May 25, 1959, the daughter of Paul Dean and Nancy Joy (Davis) Hill. She married the love of her life, Brian Neal Brewer, in Pinckneyville on April 27, 1985. Together, they have shared more than thirty-seven years of marriage and wonderful memories.

Paula spent her life caring for others, always inspiring and changing lives, whether it be in the camp kitchen, her tireless missionary works with her husband, or as her most treasured roles of wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Survivors include her loving husband- Brian Brewer of Pinckneyville

Three daughters- Rachel Brewer and Caleb Conklin of St. Louis, Missouri

     Rebekah Ebertowski and husband Tom of Grand Forks, North Dakota

     Mary Brenningmeyer and husband Aaron of Carbondale, Illinois

Her precious grandson- Henry James Ebertowski of Grand Forks, North Dakota

Two brothers- Randy Hill of San Anotonio, Texas

     Brad Hill and wife Sharla of Ashley, Illinois

She was preceded in death by her parents. 

Funeral services to celebrate Paula's life will be held at 11am on Monday, January 30, 2023 at the Oak Grove Baptist Church located at 4628 IL 127 in Pinckneyville. Pastor Rob Mathis will officiate. Burial will follow at Mueller Hill Cemetery in Pinckneyville. A time of visitation will be held from 9:00am until 11:00am at the Oak Grove Baptist Church in Pinckneyville. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Maxton-Rosado Funeral Home in Du Quoin.
