Kimberly Ann Fisher, age 55, of Murphysboro, passed away peacefully at 1:25pm on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Fairview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Du Quoin.
Kimberly was born in Murphysboro on October 21, 1967, the daughter of Clifton and Patricia Kay (Ellis) Fisher.
Kim was a free spirit who loved to dance and make jokes. She loved her animals, many of whom will be welcoming her home. But mostly, she loved her family. Her grandbabies meant the world to her. She will be dearly missed by all those that knew and loved her.
Kim is survived by her children- Ashley Fisher of Murphysboro, Dustin (Nina Ray) Fisher or Murphysboro, and Carolus Gean Bond, III of Alton, Missouri; brother- Wayne (Amy) Fisher; sister- Tammy Fisher; grandchildren- Frank Fisher and Aeva Fisher; step grandchildren- Matthew and Aubriel; nieces- Maci Fisher and Amanda Tuttle; nephew- Adam (Kristen) Tuttle; great nieces and nephew- Michael, Aubree, and Lucy; several aunts, uncles, and many cousins that she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her aunt Mary, and her grandparents.
As per the family’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. Celebration of life services will be held at a later date. Maxton-Rosado Funeral Home in DuQuoin is assisting the family with final arrangements.
