Joseph Keith "Joe" Williams

Joseph Keith Williams, formerly of Zeigler, passed away in Du Quoin on Friday, September 22, 2023 at the age of 40.

Joey, as many knew him by, was born in Bolivar, Missouri on February 19, 1983, the son of Deborah (Domineck) Samples and the late Keith Allen Williams. Joe was a loving father who adored his children more than anything. He will be remembered as being quite the people-person. He enjoyed fishing, lifting weights, going for walks, and doing anything he could to socialize with people. 

Joe is survived by his loving mother and step-father- Deborah and Earl Samples of Zeigler

Son- David Joseph Williams of Zeigler

Son- Robert Allen Williams of Zeigler

Brother- Michael Williams of Royalton

Brother- Trevor (Megan) Samples of Herrin

Brother- Jason (Amy) Samples of Morrison

Sister- Brittany (John Buckley) Samples of West Frankfort

the love of his life and mother of his boys- Sara Miller of Zeigler

Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins

He was preceded in death by his father.

A celebration of Joe's life will be held from 2-4 pm on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Maxton-Rosado Funeral Home; 11 S. Hickory Street; Du Quoin, IL 62832. Family and friends are invited to gather for a time of fellowship and sharing of memories.
