Dylan Chase Spenner

Dylan Chase Spenner born May 15, 2008, who had attained the age of 15 years 5 months and 11 days, crossed Rainbow Bridge on Thursday, October 26, 2023. 

Dylan came to his family in June 2008 and we knew instantaneously it was love at first sight. He enjoyed growing up and playing with his two sisters Alex and Olivia. 

As Dylan grew a bit his parents realized he loved going on vacation with his family. He enjoyed many places such as Key West, Chicago, and Tennessee just to name a few. 

As Dylan aged a bit more he was diagnosed with Addison’s disease which limited his travel but never stopped him from enjoying each and every day. His favorite thing was cuddling with his mom, enjoying snacks, and watching our favorite shows. His companionship is irreplaceable. 

He enjoyed playing with his little brother Spicey Baby and eating treats with Mama Girl, who would assist in giving Dylan his medicine every single morning. 

Dylan was very popular in his community, participating in parades and having visitors who often stopped by just to see him. 

There are over 600,000 words in the English language and we can not seem to find the right ones to describe how much he meant to our family and how loved he truly was. He was his mom's “soul dog”. It was an honor to be blessed with his presence for the last 15 years. 

Left to mourn his passing are his parents Tim and Melanie Spenner, and his siblings Alex, Olivia, Ryan, Spicey Baby, and Mama Girl. Grandparents Meemaw Kat and Donna, Papa Steve, Willy, and Nighthawk. And most importantly his favorite toy Mary the lambchop who was with Dylan at all times.
