Christopher Anthony Elkins, age 35, of Du Quoin, formerly of Georgia, passed away unexpectedly at 2:34pm on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at his home in Du Quoin.
Christopher was born in Clayton County, Georgia, the son of Debra Sue (Booth) Elkins. He worked for McDonalds in Pinckneyville. Being in the prime, young years of his life, Chris was happily planning his future with the love of his life and fiancé- Kelli Nicole Bulliner and her children- Rylee and Mayci, whom he loved as his own. A momma’s boy at heart, Chris never wanted to see his family sad. He could always make light of any situation and bring a smile to everyone’s face. He will be so dearly missed.

Fiance- Kelli Nicole Bulliner and her children Rylee and Mayci
Sister- Brandi Broadus of Biloxi, Mississippi
Brother- Billy Joe and Maranda Elkins of Blue Ridge, Georgia
Brother- Daniel Kyle Harper of Griffin, Georgia
Brother- Michael Andrew Stephens of Griffin, Georgia

He was preceded in death by his grandmother- Betty Blankenship and his uncle- Timothy Booth who proudly gave Chris the nickname “Beaver”, which stuck from his childhood.
Loved ones gathered for a private slumber room viewing at Maxton-Rosado Funeral Home in Du Quoin for the family to say final goodbyes to their most wonderful and loving Christopher prior to his cremation rites. Celebration of life services will be held in Du Quoin and also in Georgia at later dates. Maxton-Rosado Funeral Home in Du Quoin is assisting the family with final arrangements.
