Benjamin Mathis Obituary

Benjamin David Mathis, age 38, of Pinckneyville, went home to be with his Lord and Savior at 1:10 pm on Monday, April 3, 2023, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana after a long illness and complications with a congenital heart condition.

He was a Doctor of Pharmacy having attended St. Louis College of Pharmacy, as well as holding a Medical Doctor Degree from the SIUC School of Medicine. He worked for CVS pharmacies and practiced as a physician in the fields of Plastic Surgery and Anesthesiology. He had a brilliant mind and was an incredible clinical thinker. He loved his family with all his heart and will be sorely missed by us all, but we will meet again Doc.
